Cimabue the Cat

"Cimabue" the cat (pronounced "Cheemah") was a beautiful cat and inspired the lyrics to the 1993 song "Sheila."

The companion of Mark Sandman's roommate Amy Kaczur, "Cimabue" lived up to his Italian artist namesake by regularly stepping on drawing paper and embellishing their Norfolk Street loft with pastel pawprint art.
